Multi-Storefront
Many merchants operate several distinct brands — a clothing label, a course platform, a consultancy — and want to keep their branding, API keys, business payment accounts, and reports separate while still managing everything from a single login. Multi-Storefront is built for exactly this case. Each storefront has its own URL, its own logo, its own API key, its own webhook endpoint, its own business payment account, and its own Customer Portal. You switch between them with the brand picker in the top-left of the dashboard.
Creating an additional storefront
From the brand picker, click + Add Storefront. Pick a name, a free subdomain (or a custom domain), upload a logo, and select a colour. The new storefront is created instantly. KYC carries over from the parent account if the legal entity is the same; if the new brand is a separate legal entity, you complete a fresh KYC step for that storefront.
What is isolated per storefront
- Brand identity: logo, colour, tagline, custom domain
- API keys: test and live keys are unique per storefront
- Webhook endpoints: configured separately so each app receives only its events
- Business payment account: each storefront can use a different bank or wallet
- Customer Portal: branded per storefront and shows only that brand's payments
- Reports: filtered to the active storefront by default
What is shared across storefronts
- Your user login and team members
- Role-based access control (RBAC) policies
- Billing and subscription to NaafiPay itself
- Audit log of administrative actions
Switching storefronts in the API
API requests are scoped to the storefront whose API key you use. There is no extra header or query parameter to pass — the key is the scope. If you call GET /api/public/v1/payments with the key from storefront A, you only see payments for storefront A.
Pricing
There is no extra monthly fee for additional storefronts. Per-transaction fees apply identically across all storefronts under the same account.
